PlayStation’s State of Play livestream wrapped up with a new look at Naughty Dog’s highly-anticipated The Last of Us Part II, which finally has a definitive February 2020 release date. Following State of Play’s conclusion, a new retail listing claims the action-survival game will be split between two discs.
A Best Buy listing reveals the contents of The Last of Us Part II’s Special Edition, which includes the full game on two discs, a 48-page mini art book, steelbook, avatar set, and a dynamic theme (presumably for the PS4). The whole package retails for $80 USD. It’s likely the Standard Edition of The Last of Us Part II will also be split into two discs.
It was revealed that The Last of Us Part II will launch on February 21 exclusively for PlayStation 4 during the State of Play presentation.
